Card personalisation

All our cards can be personalised to meet your exact requirements, just send us an E-mail with the details.

Certain cards in specific occasion categories can also be redesigned to suit other occasions if required, in some cases we can also change card colours.

Design Information

Your chosen design may differ slightly to the one shown on the site, this is because each card is handmade and therefore unique.

All our cards are handcrafted from the finest quality materials, superb quality iridescent white card is usually used for the main card body.
Most of our cards have 3D embellishments, which are also of very high quality. Unless otherwise stated, all our cards are A5 size ( 21cm x 14.5cm)

Envelopes supplied with all cards are top quality.

Gift Boxes

Instead of an envelope you can choose to have a presentation box, the card is wrapped in tissue paper inside the box and the box tied with a ribbon, this is a perfect way to present your luxury gift card. Gift boxes have an extra charge of £2.00

Payment Information

We accept payment by cheque, postal order or debit/credit card from our UK customers. For our overseas customers we accept payment by credit card (PayPal) and in pounds sterling only, sorry for any inconvenience.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please DO NOT use the ‘BUY’ buttons in the catalogue as this will add your items to a PayPal shopping basket. Please use the order form to send us your order requirements, or send an order directly to us by post. Please see the Contact Us page for further information.

If you wish to pay online with your debit/credit card then use the ‘BUY’ buttons in the catalogue. This will add your chosen items to a PayPal shopping basket. When you are ready to pay you will be taken to PayPal’s secure payment site, at no time do we see your credit card details. PayPal is a very secure method of online payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay by this method.

Alternatively, you can send us an E-mail with your exact order requirements and we will happily send you a PayPal invoice.

Shipping Information

As soon as your order is received we will send you a confirmation E-mail and make your order to your requirements, which will then be dispatched on receipt of payment.
We usually dispatch all orders within two working days, we will E-mail you when your order has been dispatched.
We will advise you of any delays in processing your order.

Please advise us if your order is required urgently.

All cards are posted in a protective bubble wrapped envelope. Gift boxes are posted wrapped in extra protective bubble wrap.

Please note:- We will also be happy to send cards directly to the recipient for you, please advise us of the recipients name and address and the exact wording you would like included.
